| The Standard of Chinese Language lessons full-time compulsory education (experiment draft),That is to say, New course standard in 2001 was punished, which says the necessary ability of modern citizens is oral communication skill .It should develop the capabilities of hearing , expressing and using the language, which makes students can communicate with each other fluently in harmony. The author designs the oral communication activity which is combined with 14 years'teaching experience by questionnaire investigations. I analyze the difficulty faced by the Junior oral communication Teaching in the basis of The Standard of the new courses and the knowledge of Teaching Oral Communication. I get ideas of these in oral communication from Su teaches edition. According to the actual life of Junior students' Oral Communication., I establish the content of oral communication by emphasizing on arousing students' interest , focusing more attention on the emotion attitude and values of students. I make full use of resource materials, try to seek teaching materials in life and get some new theories from cognitive psychology of instructions , co-integrated learning theories and the textbooks of study synthetically .In order to enrich the knowledge of students'oral communication and improve their qualities of oral communication , the author devote herself to creating more opportunities to let students practise oral communication more and make the most of extracurricular activities. I put up the platform of family's school with joint efforts, searching for the origin of the oral communication in daily life and put them into practice by different means. I take the research into consideration, explore the appraise principle and way in oral teaching communication and promote the development of oral communication to improve their overall qualities. In the process of exploring the research ,the related abilities and qualities of the teachers can improve as well.
