Teaching Management Strategy Of Senior High Students' Self

The changing of learning style is the notable feature of the curriculum reform in our country. The new curriculum proposed that students should form the Self-regulated ,Cooperated and Inquiry learning style. So, firstly we should make students a Self-regulated learner. To conduct the study is not only an important part of our basic education curriculum reform, which also conforms to the curriculum reform and world development trend. In practice, however, there have been some problems need to be solved, how to form an effective strategy to solve these problems is the starting point of this article. This research mainly adopts questionnaire survey, document analysis methods. I point out the problems in the development of self-regulated learning by analyzing the current situation of our senior middle students and define the concept of self-regulated study. On that basis, I am fumbling the approaches ,strategies and methods to train students'self-regulated learning ability with teaching and learning practice to find the concrete measures to resolve the problem.Part I: Propose that the Self-regulated learning is an urgent requirement of the age,the modern society,the modern education and the modern people from under new self-regulated research course background and its meaning,it also reviews the situation of the Self-regulated learning research home and abroad as well as the existed problems of self-regulated learning research.Part II: From the theory point of view, put forward the theory of self-regulated study.Part III: Link theory with practice, study the situation analysis of high school through investigation, advance some related factors.Part IV: Propose teaching management and self-regulated learning, school management and classroom management are two aspects described.Part V: Put forward own self-regulated study suggestions on the promotion by research and analysis.
