Educational revolution has been thrived in China nowadays and results of Senior School have been achieved. Facing the terrible circle of Chinese in the vocational school, as a common Chinese teacher in vocational school, some idea came to my mind. With the respect of instructor as a Chinese teacher, connecting with all the working experience in class, I examine the characteristic of Chinese class and then come out the concept of formative evaluation and discuss it in details. Secondly,Light of its own educational practice, the use of formative assessment for the current status, this paper discusses the language teaching staff in the formative evaluation of the feasibility and necessity of a specific plan of implementation, also discusses the formative evaluation based on evaluation tools. Finally, reflect on this experiment and give proper advice on it. In addition, I suggest setting up efficient teaching strategy into practice. In the evolution step, report in Chinese subject has been used as a new tool instead of traditional school report as a summative reflection. These are the innovations of this article.
