With the rapid advance of science and technology,human development and innovation in the knowledge of continuous improvement,sports science disciplines in a wide range of knowledge to absorb the essence,but also developed rapidly。Sports knowledge of teaching as the main means of communication,start looking for new teaching methods and theories of knowledge,and current textbooks and more sports to the full method and the traditional model-based decomposition method,this same model has been able to keep the teaching of modern China a wide range of development ideas。Therefore,to explore a new teaching methods into the development of physical education at this stage the primary task。"Process approach"as a contemporary new teaching methods,its unique taste,interactive effects are the teachers and students to accept。Teaching practice in sports, the program has been proven teaching methods,but in theory class in sport,whether teaching programs could be implemented,whether the class can get a better result,gaps in the current study,this article Section Track and Field Theory example,the use of procedures to study teaching。In this thesis,the use of literature,interviews,experimentation,questionnaires,statistics and logical analysis,the theoretical basis of teaching programs,design principles,the basic model for analysis,discussion, according to the basic principles of design theory class track and field program the content and framework of teaching, and proved by experiments and questionnaires used in the track and field program teaching theory course is feasible。The results are as follows:(1)use in track and field program in teaching theory courses can improve student performance。(2)Most of the students can accept programmed instruction,and that this teaching the class atmosphere,so that they loose,free learning environment。Most students thoroughly grasp knowledge and discovery and cultivation of good problem-solving skills,self-learning ability and understanding,and effectively improve the efficiency of student learning。(3)Students feel the classroom program teaching the structure is more reasonable than the conventional teaching structure,but also to meet the needs of students in class and make students interested in learning,more active in the classroom,students discuss with each other,exchange opportunities increased。(4)Improve the comprehensive ability of students, students with teachers,students and more harmonious relationships between students,while guiding each class, sense of cooperation to help each other more strongly。Teaching through the process of learning,students have improved their performance more satisfactory。In accordance with the above information, the following recommendations:(1)The teacher should make flexible use of procedures to remove the immutable teaching mode,clever use of a variety of teaching procedures to make the class more lively and fun for students to obtain knowledge。(2)In addition to its own advantages teaching program,the lack of innovation capability and competitiveness of the training,so teachers in teaching this method and other methods can be used in combination to exploit their own strengths to improve teaching effectiveness。(3)use in track and field program in teaching theory courses,their teaching methods,assessment methods and teaching can not achieve optimum level of instruction,teachers need to seriously improve the teaching and promotion efforts。(4)In the process of teaching,teachers should pay more attention to the improvement of their quality of teaching content to be careful analysis,rational use of student's personality characteristics,as tap their potential,develop their ability to learn。...
