Learning is based on the experience of individual caused by the relatively long-lasting psychological structure or external behavior changes. Caused the change and make a lasting way is to create a good atmosphere in the classroom organization, which the teachers teaching content, methods and means are inseparable. Dimensional interaction of the classroom teaching is an effective means to create the classroom atmosphere. It concerns the way teachers and students the process of communication, build rapport, close teacher-student relationship, teaching relationship. Teaching is a science teacher teaching students the unity of its essence is an interactive exchanges. In the multi-dimensional interactive model of teaching,? Teachers and students, students with students, teachers and curriculum, students and curriculum, teachers and the environment, the students and the environment exists between information exchange and interaction, so the whole classroom to show organization,? non-deterministic, as a complex, three-dimensional open system. If teachers can understand and implement this teaching? The whole class would lively, dynamic, so that students away from monotonous, dull and stylized learning process.In this study, constructivism, humanism, cooperative learning, multiple intelligence theory, at home and abroad on the multi-dimensional interactive teaching model of the existing research results, to survey and quasi-experimental method as the main research method, the third in Shanghai Female Secondary School in Grade 4 parallel classes of 136 students as subjects, on the Shanghai high school "life science" textbooks, Volume VI, "the transmission of genetic information and expression," the different elements of different interactive modes of teaching practice, scientific evaluation of its effects, to identify course content for a particular mode of classroom interaction, and to further explore human-computer interaction, inter-school network information platform for interactive and other new models of classroom interaction, the use of statistical methods to the appropriate mode of teaching effectiveness to scientific evaluation. The results will further improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching has some value.The study found some conclusions and recommendations are as follows:1, for a large number of memorizing knowledge of teaching content appropriate for teachers and students, students interaction teaching; 2, involving the abstract physiological and biochemical knowledge of the teaching content can be human Interactive mode; 3, to discuss hot issues of social class should be the combination of curricular and extra-curricular, interactive platform for the network's practical teaching methods to be studied further.
