Construction Of Private Colleges' Teacher Training System

After China's reforming and opening, private colleges made good use of the opportunity of china's mass higher education. with its advantages of facing to the market and flexible system and became an important segment of china's higher education. Because of a variety of reasons like the rapid development of private colleges, the overall quality of teacher of private colleges are not optimistic, so improving teachers'quality become a pivotal problem. Teachers' training is the effective way to improve teachers'quality and promote the development of teachers' professional.This paper is consisting of 4 sections. The first section overviews the purpose of this topic and current research in domestic and abroad, and research methodology to be used:The second section introduce all the related concepts and theories used in this paper; The third section investigate and analysis the composition of the private colleges and the teachers'training of private colleges, and describe the problems existing in the teachers'training; The fourth part mainly use of human resource development theory, teachers'specialization theory, teachers'professional teaching career theory and kirk Patrick's training evaluation model of the organization leadership, resource allocation and system construction, training operation, quality evaluation aspects of constructing the private college teachers'training of circulation system, focusing on training operation processes and contents, such as training demand analysis, make a training plan, training the concrete implementation etc are discussed and the design, so as to give education administrative department and private college teacher training plan formulated to provide decision-making consultation and practical guidance.
