With the arrival of knowledge economy, the talent competition in colleges and universities, especially high-level talent competition heated up. But increasing the number of students in private colleges itself and the present situation of the students overall quality is not high, for private colleges counselors overall team level put forward higher requirements. Given the difficulty of foreign imports counselor teachers continue to increase, internally improve training quality and increase the training of a contingent of density, through internal training to achieve the overall level of the counselors were pushed to the very important position. Throughout the current municipal overall training status of headteachers’ construction, is still not optimistic. Training still remain in the traditional low level, no order, quantity, light quality of the primary stage of development, has yet to establish a set of overall coordination and operation mechanism of scientific training colleges and universities. Relevant theoretical research in this field is also very lack, run by the local training mechanism of headteachers’ construction become a problem to be solved.Run by the local existence of headteachers’ liquidity is bigger, the team, team the whole education level is low, professional structure is not reasonable, scientific research ability is weak, professionalization and specialization level is not high, the responsibility is not clear, post more transactional work, etc. The emergence of these problems, and both private colleges management itself has a certain relationship, and the construction of quality of counselors itself is larger, the counselor team is very important to enhance the level of quality through training. Colleges and universities as the cradle of college students grow up, to explore how to improve the quality of personnel training is very important. Counselor talent training as an important force, is a college student good bosom friend and mentor of life, to explore how to build a scientific training system in order to improve the counselor post skills, knowledge, ability and comprehensive quality become a problem to be solved. Implement professionalization and specialization training to become counselors individual career planning and development and the strategic development of the best combining site.Based on Y private universities as the research object, based on the experience summary, through the investigation and interviews, analyzes the Y private training status quo and existing problems of headteachers’ construction, on the basis of relevant theories and models of human resource development has carried on the combing and summary to these problems. On this basis, put forward from the training aim, training target, training objects and contents, training area, the size of the training, training time, training place, the cost of training, training methods, training teachers, training, planning the implementation of the 11 items of instructors training system build process are analyzed and expounded. For Y headteachers’ construction scientific and reasonable training system in colleges and universities play a bigger role in guiding, at the same time for other private university counselor team construction and the development also have some reference to some extent.
