Research On Employment-oriented Total Quality Management Mode Of Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years, higher vocational education has been improved tremendous,which has been an important part of higher education and has made great contributions to the popularity of higher education in China.However, many problems of students'training in higher vocational schools have emerged following the rapid expansion.Among these problems,one of main problems is that the students' training can't completely meet the need of market. So,we should establish an employment--oriented mechanism of talent training in higher vocational schools,which is an important method of promoting the qualityof training and satisfying the need of society.Firstly, to start with 54 college students back to technical schools, the essay introduces the employment--oriented management mode and states the significanc oftalent training mode in a comprehensive way. Secondly, it shows their present situations in China and analyses a series of problems. Thirdly, this research analyses the inside and outside essentials which influence the employment oriented quality of training. Lastly, this research proposes several strategies based on employment orientation,including employment--oriented specialty setup,raising students' various ability, human resources management in higher vocational schools and perfecting the employment oriented,appraisal system of students' training and so on. By these,this research attempts to deal with those problems on the quality of students' training in higher vocational education inorder to improve the quality of students' training and promote the development of higher vocational education steadily.
