Application Of Value Clarification Theory In Vocational Student Career Planning Research

Value clarification as a modern teaching method has been widely adopted, but not been applied to career planning field of higher vocational students yet. This thesis is trying to apply the advantage of value clarification in career planning of vocational student and it is helpful to employment vocational guidance and vocational students themselves by studying the content of value clarification and its role in career planning of vocational student. The advantage of value clarification has been widely admitted, but also should not ignore the shortcomings, only master it correctly can the vocational student take advantage and eliminate disadvantage of vale clarification, then have a better understanding of themselves and plan their career relationally and scientifically.This thesis is divided into five parts to illustrate the application of values clarification method in higher vocational students' career planning. The first part is the introduction, mainly in introduction the background and significance of this thesis, the present study situation of values clarification and career planning at home and abroad. And then expound the research idea and method of this thesis. The second part is introducing the birth background of values clarification method and main content, application principles, characteristics, etc. The third part is analyzing the function advantage and limitation of value clarification in higher vocational students' career planning The fourth part is pointing at specific application of values clarification in career planning of vocational student, and workers should obey "identify the theme and development direction, analyze the social developing situation, estimate the result and individual adaptability, choosing independent and rationally, admit the rationality of choosing result, put the choice into action, sum up and optimizing in repeat actions" when do employment guidance. The fifth part is to promote the way of applying values clarification in higher vocational students' career planning, fold in four aspects, firstly, strengthen the value guidance and overcome the limitation of value clarification; secondly, master the role of participant correctly; thirdly, guild student to practice, then scientifically application of value clarification in vocational student's career planning and create good environment of outcome sharing.Hope this thesis has guiding sense to higher vocational institute employment guidance and student self career planning base on improvement of value clarification application field.
