The Professional Teachers' Team Construction Of Vocational Schools In Hunan Province

At the national advocate vigorously develop vocational education in nowadays, it needs a lot of highly qualified professional teachers urgently. The construction of the professional teachers'team is the key to improve the quality of vocational education, is the base that vocational schools can live and develop, is the core competitive forces of a vocational school. However, there are still many problems in the construction of vocational school staff, mainly in the imperfect system, the low social reputation of vocational schools, the lack of scientific management within the school system, the low self-expectations of the teachers'. The reason is various, not only from national and social aspects, but also from school teachers and internal aspects of vocational schools. The result is our vocational schools cannot reach the requirement to cultivate high-qualified talents, neither in quantity nor in quality. Therefore, we must take measures to strengthen vocational school teachers team construction.Be discussed in this article into four parts. The first part, summarize. In this part, problems are put forward in aiming at the importance and urgency in professional teachers'team construction, and a review is given on the base of the existing research. The second part, research on the present situation of the professional teachers'team construction in Hunan province, and analysis on the problems and reasons. In the third part, it analyses the problems in the professional teachers'team construction of vocational schools in Hunan province from many aspects, such as nation, society, schools and teachers themselves. In the fourth part, it puts forward the strategies the enhance the professional teachers'construction of vocational schools in Hunan province.
