Dialogue Teaching And Its Application In Health Clubs

With the social development, people's material living standards are improving, there is growing concern about their own health, public health awareness is growing, health club wide open, attracting more and more people join the ranks of fitness, but many who has scanty knowledge of the fitness, the selection of projects for health, fitness and equipment load and frequency of use of such knowledge do not know enough, in the fitness coach's classroom teaching, it will only simple imitation, it will not only reduce the effect of fitness, and even sports injuries occur, therefore, dialogue teaching role in the fitness club can not be ignored.First of all, the first part of the article explained the purpose and significance of the study, teaching is a kind of dialogue and respect for the subjectivity, humanization of the teaching, teaching for the dialogue can not only improve the fitness effects of membership, also reduce the loss of members. Then teaching the concept of dialogue, a brief exposition and analysis of domestic and foreign-related research projects in the dynamic and research methods used in this paper.The second part of the dialogue in the practice of teaching in health clubs need, also pointed out that the present teaching can not meet the health club in the gym for health and fitness needs of the people, the dialogue must focus on teaching. About the third and fourth part focuses on the implementation of the principles and implementation strategies, to remind the health club managers, fitness instructors and fitness instructors attention to reduce the loss of members in an effective manner to help people better grasp of the right of exercise to improve fitness effects and prevention of sports injury.
