| As China's economy, social structure changes and college enrollment growth year after year the number of university graduates, together with the students not in employment before graduation, the government and society cannot provide more position, as a result, "The new unemployed" came out. Both of the diverse graduates' employment and entrepreneurship are needed. Today, entrepreneurship education has become an issue, which is urgent needed of reform in further process. In college, entrepreneurship education is important and urgent work. Especially ordinary universities should take more efforts to promote the development of entrepreneurship education students. However, the current weakness of entrepreneurship education teachers is the real problem. There are positive practical significance in accelerate building teachers'team, further raise the professional knowledge and skills to enhance their own quality, exploring the entrepreneurial potential of students, further education reform and optimal allocation of human resources, etc.This paper focuses on entrepreneurship education teaching staff.
