In our country,the secondary vocational graduates should join the fierce job search competition with the fresh college graduates every year.After entering the 21st century,the development of vocational education in our country has been strongly supported and encouraged by the state,and it is proposed to "take service as the purpose and employment as the guide".In this context,the employment of secondary vocational school students is concerned by the education department,and the career education around employment is particularly important.At present,the career planning of college students has still formed a certain system,and secondary vocational schools are in the initial stage of development in this kind of education.How to create an educational path that can be promoted in many secondary vocational schools should become the focus of the study.Based on the related concepts of career planning education,this paper takes Super's career development theory,Swain's career golden triangle theory and the cognitive information processing model of career coaching as the theoretical basis of the article.Through the survey method,209 students were investigated,and the students in secondary vocational school were surveyed to determine the basic situation of their education,and the teacher's interview survey was carried out simultaneously to understand the comprehensive situation of vocational education in the secondary vocational school.Combining the above findings,this paper analyzes the present situation of career planning education in vocational schools,and puts forward an operational educational path according to the unique content of career education.The results show that:(1)the development of self-concept of secondary vocational school students is not mature;(2)the career maturity of secondary vocational school students still needs to be improved;(3)the career curriculum,activity construction,career teachers and career home-school co-education still need to be improved in secondary vocational schools.According to the above research results,this paper puts forward the following ways to carry out secondary vocational career planning education.In the curriculum design,we should strengthen the coherence of career courses,at the same time,add elective courses and carry out infiltration education in the teaching of professional courses;in the construction of activities,carry out career education and culture activities,organize career theme class meetings and set up workplace experience weeks in schools;in terms of strength support,The school combines family and professional teachers to carry out career professional guidance for secondary vocational students,in the individualized career education of secondary vocational students,with the help of professional career tools to improve students' cognition,and to carry out group guidance for secondary vocational groups.
