As the rapid development of social, knowledge economy has become the most notable features of this era, as the education is the proposition in such a background forward stepwise develop. In advocate of teachers'professional development today, pursue deep and perspectives, teacher professional development way is an inevitable trend, the author tried to discuss from the point of view of knowledge management of teacher professional development problems.At present, many teachers understanded about teacher professional development, but they did not knowing what is the knowledge management. Therefore, the author surveys, detailed master teachers for knowledge management, and points out that the status quo know what problems existing in and give countermeasures. So expect the relevant sections of this study provide a useful references for teachers.The paper divides into four parts:the first part is a preface, mainly introduced the origin of this study, the aim and content, and the train of thought and method of study. The second part is about knowledge management and the theoretical interpretation of teachers'professional development, including the definition, teachers related concepts related content of knowledge management theoretical interpretation of related content. The third part is the present situation investigation and problem analysis about of the knowledge management and the teachers'professional development. The fourth part is based on the investigation of teachers apply knowledge management to promote the teachers'professional development, put forward to improve teachers'strategy are mainly of knowledge management of knowledge, regulating the management of teachers explicit knowledge of, improving teachers'knowledge management technology level and build mutual communication culture atmosphere.The thesis has not only the theoretical analysis, but also the demonstration of correlative cases, and looks forward to bringing some available inspiration and opening up a new thread for the development of teachers'specialization.
