Moral emotion as a key component of the moral psychological structure, affecting the formation and development of personal moral quality. In terms of pupils, if they did not get the emotional experience of moral, they will not form the outside moral rules into their own moral needs; If they have not the high-qualified moral and emotional state in their mind, they will have not the conscious and frrm moral behaviors in their lives. Primary school as the main place where pupils accept education, bearing the responsibility of moral education for children by itself. But the current school moral education of pupils, puts main emphasis on rational education, and neglects the fuction of emotional education. These lead to the ineffectiveness of moral education's practice.The only way of Forming the ethical principles and requirements into the motivation of learners is teaching the students in the range of emotions. Meanwhile, for the age of the students is very yong, they attaches particularly strong feeling and worship to their teachers. Above all, to teachers in the process of moral education, it firstly knows that moral emotion plays a very important function in the education of the pupils. secondly, they should take effective measures to implement the moral and emotional education at school. This research explores mainly around the foregoing two content, and the paper structures as follows:The first chapter is introduction. Besides the domestic and foreign relevant research literature review, the object and method of paper, it introduces the research question's background , purpose, content and meaning.The second Chapter defines the concept of emotion and moral emotion, discusses the relationship between moral education and moral emotion, explores the character and function of moral emotion. it establishes the theoretical basis for teachers grasp moral emotion factors and implement effective moral education at school.The third chapter analyzes the problems'reasons, which exit in the function and implementation of moral and emotional eduction, by the way of investigation to three primary schools of Fengdu county in Chongqing.The fourth chapter proposes the meanning of moral and emotional eduction at school, and the importance of implementation of the moral and emotional education at school, also discusses moral and emotional education at school's positive function in moral education and growth of the pupils.The fifth chapter bases on the current sitution's insufficiency from investigation about moral and emotional education at school, tries to put forward proposals in three aspects: education target, approach, principles, in orde to promote effective implementation of moral and emotional education at school for pupils.The sixth chapter is conlusion. It concludes overall reasearch, the author will improve it in future and research forward seriously to the limitations of this reaseach.
