The hope about thriving and prosperous of the Chinese people depends on the national education, and the hope about thriving and prosperous of the national education depends on the teachers. There is a direct result of this situation was chaotic configuration of urban and rural teachers, resulting in the development of basic education in the current trend and we hope that in the balanced development of basic education, contrary to the long-term development of basic education is no doubt presented challenges.In the context of urban and rural development, promote balanced development of urban and rural basic education, and more important and urgent, and teachers of basic education resources are constrained the balanced development of human resources, and therefore flow of teachers of basic education as the breakthrough point to promote the balanced development of urban and rural areas as community consensus. As we all know, the teacher mobility by many factors affect the flow of teachers from the factors of this proceeding, the sample region through empirical research (questionnaire and interview), combined with the results of data analysis, focus on influencing factors of teacher mobility between different demographic characteristics of the variable factors under the teacher the difference between the flow and through flow of these factors and the relationship between teachers grasp the suggestions put forward targeted to promote the teacher's reasonable and orderly manner.
