| Objective:To make a Questionnaire of measuring college student's adaptation of career planning, and measuring the status of students career planning and adaptability.Methods:This study used interviews, questionnaire survey. Exploratory factor analysis classified college student's career planning as "the ideal goal," "Time Management", "self efficacy", "professional learning" and "social practice" five factors; In the five factors "Time Management "," professional learning "and" social practice "as a career planning dimension of action," rational goal "as the target dimension. "Self efficacy" as a independent component of its intermediary between the target and action effects.Results:(1) preparation of the "Student Career adaptation" basically meet the statistical requirements, better content validity, construct validity and criterion validity, can be used to predict academic achievement of students a brief measurement tool, but Students of social work in predicting the performance aspects of validity is poor. (2) contemporary career planning of students showed the following characteristics:Career Planning boys scored significantly higher than girls t (1,813)= 3.094**, P<0.01; The difference mainly comes from "I efficacy" and "social practice "as well. Self-efficacy of boys scored significantly higher than girls:t (1,813)= 6.278**, P<0.01; factor of the social practice of boys scored significantly higher than girls t (1,813)= 6.798**, P<0.01; But female students in professional learning the score was significantly higher than boys t (1,813)=-3.052*, P>0.01. Students planning a career professional and grade differences still exist, the overall performance of science and engineering career planning than adaptive History Majors:t (1,813)= 3.285*, P<0.05; science and engineering students in "target ideal" "self efficacy" and "professional learning" performance scores were significantly higher than students of Literature and History, the difference between the test results as "the ideal goal" oft (1,813)= 5.832**, P<0.01; "self-efficacy":t(1,813)= 3.512*, P<0.05; "professional learning":t (1,813)= 7.003**, P<0.01. Literature and History students in "social practice" aspects of science and engineering students scored significantly higher:t (1,813)=-5.182**, P<0.01. Career Planning Grade significant difference:F(3,811)= 10.835*, P<0.01; differences mainly in the "self-efficacy" and "social practice":the self-efficacy the differences for the F (3,811)= 10.873*, P<0.01; four-year self-efficacy scores first decreased, then increased. Differences in social practice as F (3,811)= 11.770*, P<0.01, was one-way upward trend. (3) Career Planning good overall performance adaptability. Maximum adaptability for senior year students:r= 0.81**, P<0.01; adaptability to the worst History Majors:r= 0.23,P>0.05. (4) college students career planning in addition to the impact of gender and professional and other factors, self-efficacy is also a very important factor, self-efficacy to a certain extent, affected the student's social practice and professional learning action.Conclusions:(1) the "Student Career adaptability" questionnaire can be used as a measuring tool of adaptability of College Students planning. (2) College student's career planning and career planning adaptability between the level of sex differences, career planning and college education should be targeted manner. (3) Through adjusting college student's self-efficacy can improve the career planning. (4) Should strengthen the sophomore and junior student's Career Planning. |
