So the author thinks over the problems which result from cross culture and provides the action plan depends on some theories of cross culture management and actual work.The thesis is a case study. The research bases on school bus service department of Dulwich College Shanghai. It describes and analyzes the school bus management procedure of Dulwich College Shanghai by the way of interviewing, observation method and analysis method. The result shows that cross culture conflict in school bus management chiefly manifested in parents' query as different school bus standard, Contradictions as different knowledge of traffic rules, Complain frequently as difference of service idea. The conflict is School bus management team deal with culture conflicts negatively. The team shorts of the ability of cross culture management. Without follow-up action causes culture conflicts happens again.The significance of the study is providing some pointed solution of school bus management. Discover problems and solve them during daily work. The author suggests strengthening the awareness of all quarters to solve the culture conflict, bringing up ability of cross culture management and improving the follow up action of dealing with culture conflict.
