With the start of curriculum reform, our evaluation methods of teaching geography, evaluation criteria have been changed in many ways. Whether open class or ordinary class, teaching evaluation is not simply to test scores as a reference from teaching objectives to student learning and intelligent, moral development. Much more encouraged learning useful life geography developed the overall quality of students. The teaching quality has been the issue of common concern; the quality has become the "lifeline" of new curriculum reform.In secondary education, the quality of teaching is fundamental; establish a scientific and effective system of teaching quality assessment; to ensure the increasing of teaching quality and the stability; to adapt the requirements of a new curriculum reform in secondary school geography which "Advocacy to recommend a comprehensive quality education; development of students as a fundamental; create the environment and conditions to help students develop self-learning; train students'ability of learning geography, Global awareness and the human spirit." It can be said to be just right, far-reaching. But with the deepening of the new curriculum reform, have some old teaching quality evaluation system has become increasingly obvious shortcomings exposed. Therefore, the establishment of a new high school geography teaching quality evaluation system which adapts the needs of new curriculum reform is the urgent problem.Based on the above purpose, teachers as subject to evaluation, on the basis of original evaluation, this paper analyzed expectations and demands to teaching evaluation by literature which the new curriculum reform, the majority of teachers and students expected. This study evaluated the humanistic theory, constructivist theory and multiple intelligence theory.This paper on the basis of the theory, establish a new school geography teaching evaluation system is a main line. Firstly, collect the views of School geography teachers and students by survey. Secondly, get the relative weight of each factor used ordering method by analysis the collected survey results. Thirdly, rebuild the new school geography teaching evaluation system with the problems studying exist in current evaluation system.The evaluation system consists of 5 parts, which are evaluation factor, evaluation project, relative weights, evaluation levels and reviews. There have 10 evaluation factors, which are teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching methods, teaching language and attitude, teacher-student relationship, teaching effectiveness, teaching process, academic standards and teaching characteristics, etc. And have 31 evaluation projects. The full score is 110, In addition to relative weight of each factor, added 10 extra points. It is based on the teaching of teachers in the class of innovation to provide. There are 5 levels to evaluate, from outstanding (110-101) to excellent (100-85), good (84-70), qualified (69-60) and unqualified (under 60).This evaluation system applies to middle school geography teaching evaluation. The priority of the system is teachers clearly understand how to evaluate a geography class and understand how to teaching geography lesson by used this evaluation system after uniform evaluation system.On the one hand, geography teachers have unique system equal to unique target; they can improve the teaching ability of themselves comprehensively. On the other hand, we can select the excellent teacher and successful geography class by new unique evaluation system. It has strong operability.
