The exploration of study tour is a new way to achieve the goal of quality-oriented education.Since the concept of study tour was proposed,it has been discussed and studied by many scholars.High school geography course has the most similarity with the study tour,so their combination has become the most popular project at the moment.The research on geography study tour not only helps to improve students' interests in learning geography,but also promotes to achieve the core literacy goals of geography with different methods.The quality of geography study tour directly affects the quality of students' geography inquiry learning,so how to evaluate its quality has become an urgent problem to be solved.The evaluation research of study tour will not only help promote the curriculumization of geography study tour and make it a solid foundation for the implementation of quality-oriented education,but also help middle school students to implement the core literacy goals of geography.At present,there are few research contents on the evaluation of geography study tour in China.These researches are more inclined to focus on the qualitative evaluation instead of a specific evaluation index system.Based on this,this article adopts the literature research method and questionnaire survey method and it is closely combined with the requirements of the new high school geography curriculum standard,comprehensive practical activity curriculum,and research travel standards by following the principles of scientificalness,instructiveness,integrity,independence,and measurability according to the CIPP evaluation model,which have constructed 5 first-level indicators,19 second-level indicators and corresponding specific standard high school geography study tour evaluation index system,and then use the analytic hierarchy process to assign weight values to the specific index content to obtain the final evaluation index system.Finally,the evaluation index system is specifically applied to the geography study tour of a high school.The questionnaire survey method and the linear weighted synthesis method are used to obtain the evaluation results of the course,in order to find the existing problems and propose corresponding improvement strategies.The application mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)The geography research practice curriculum of a high school has low evaluation scores and poor quality.There are mainly problems in the following aspects: first,the geography research practice lacks curriculum orientation,and the educational goals and subjects are fuzzy;secondly The school does not pay much attention to the curriculum,so it is fully outsourced to the travel agency to be responsible;in the end,it lacks professional research tutors to provide guidance.(2)In response to the problems of the research courses,the following optimization strategies are proposed to comprehensively improve the quality of the high school geography research practice courses: first,from the state to the local level,it is necessary to further strengthen the educational value and educating significance of the research practice courses;second rely on the teachers of the geography department of colleges and universities to deepen the geography curriculum of research practice;finally,we must pay attention to the training of geography research tutors.
