The teaching of composition has been a major problem in junior chinese. Middle school Chinese teachers' pay the hard labor, but the effect is minimal. In order to overcome the students in the process of exercise initiative and enthusiasm of restricted condition and change of teachers in the Course of Composition Teaching"powerless", the Shanghai primary and middle school Chinese Course Standard draft clearly put forward the"Essay Teaching Concept"of trying to change through the implementation of the policy of text problems existing in the process of junior middle school composition teaching.This paper mainly through interpretation and analysis of the problems in the teaching of junior middle school essay,based on essay on the problems of teaching and combination of essay teaching theory,put forward the corresponding resolving methods and strategies for teachers essays of practical teaching strategies, so as to really promote the improvement of the students' composition levels.First, from the essay teaching objective definition, content choose and evaluate the implementation of the three essays on the teaching present situation and problems, try to sum up various factors hindering junior high school essay on the Teaching Efficiency of improving:essay teaching objectives defined macro, general to lose clarity; selection of content is too arbitrary, not science; the essay teaching evaluation issues, showed the form of a single issue.Secondly, the research study of constructivism Learning Theory and "non guiding" teaching theories, learn to make up for the current important role in the essay teaching defects and deficiencies of the essay teaching study on the strategies laid a solid theoretical foundation:constructivism learning theory to arouse the students' interest in essay writing, essay writing subject role to play and essay writing effective interaction between teachers and students have an important role in enlightening and " non- guiding " teaching the theory of the students'emotions in mind, mobilizing the subjective initiative of students, so as to reach an essay on the teaching target.Finally, the study puts forward the junior high school essay on the teaching strategies and paths:First, mainly on essay writing of interest stimulating strategy, it is necessary for students to create a " written " atmosphere in essay writing and essay on the work of constructing appreciation feedback mechanism; Second, evoke attention to the character essay writing and cultivation of students'Individualized Writing way of thinking, promoting language expression of individual; Third, essay writing, there are many good habit to be formed, it is necessary to develop a comprehensive and meticulous observation on the habits should also be formed at any time to accumulate material used and essay writing after the end of the session, feedback and evaluation for works is particularly important, correcting and feedback on the teachers are very important and circulated and mutual batch of students is also an effective strategy.
