In teaching education, teachers and students are the most important practical subject, the relationship between teachers and students is not only the teaching education to be carried out by the premise, but also an important carrier of its operation. The results of the relationship to be deal with will influence directly the overall effectiveness of teaching and school training goals. While maintaining the relationship between teachers and students need the support of many factors, but the care and help between teachers and students can greatly improve the relationship, so full of warmth and love between teachers and students to create a caring, Friendly and harmonious relationship. With the rapid development of society, in real life, people generally feel the intense competition and the pressure intensifies, more and more indifferent to the feelings between people, even more, selfishness, indifference, lack of cares and compassion have been common in the new generation of young people. Harmonious and stable development of society need care and cooperation relationships. It is in this context, an American educator Noddings indicated:Caring is the basestone of all successful education, students should learn the ability of care and be trained to be good citizens. Caring educational theory created by Noddings is widely concerned in the education sector, and leading the theory into the construction of relationship between teachers and students for depth study will be an important research value and practical significance of the issue.This thesis consists of four parts:Part I:The analysis of contents and characteristics in caring relationship. The meanings, elements and characteristics of the caring relationship were analyzed. First, the definitions were made for care, relationship and caring relationship. Secondly, the elements of the caring relationship were analyzed, and the caring roles and characteristics of awareness in teachers and students were discussed, respectively. Again, summarizes the caring relationship between teachers and students in human nature, emotional, continuity, demonstration and relationship, and it is conducive to be further understanding and grasp of the characteristics of the relationship.Part II:Theoretical basis of caring relationship between teachers and students. First, the idea of good relationship between teachers and students in china traditional culture was deeply analyzed, and the view respect for teachers was refined, which emphasized the respects between teachers and students, democracy and equality, teaching and learning promoted each other, both teachers and friends, and Individualize. Secondly, Rogers's educational theory were outlined from two aspects, which contented a student-centered teaching theory and the real, accepted, understood as elements of the theory. Thirdly, made a focus on Noddings's caring education theory, mainly from the core concept of caring education theory, and introduced the core of this theory and the enlightenment on building caring relationship, respectively.Part III:The current problems between teachers and students in university and the need to build the new relationship. Based on the current status of relationship between teachers and students in university, describe the current problems in the relationship with comprehensive analysis. Then analyzes the reasons caused by such problems, and mainly detail from the impact of the coexistence of pluralistic values and challenges, the modern tendency of utilitarian education, college enrollment restrictions and contacts to bring the old ideas of education. Again, analysis of the significance of building the Caring relationship, which is conducive to promote the main human development of education, to guide students to extend the personality, to show teachers'charisma, and to enhance the effectiveness of physical and moral education. In this part, from the elaboration of the current relationship between teachers and students, leading to the need for establishment of a caring relationship between teachers and students, which is the basis of the whole thesis in reality.Part IV:The principles and strategies for the construction of caring relationship between teachers and students. This part is the key part, mainly elaborates the principles and specific strategies of the caring relationship in university. Firstly, according to characteristics and targets of caring relationship previously described, four basic principles were advanced for building caring relationship, which are mutual equality, mutual love, understanding and communication. Secondly, it is focused on the strategies of the construction of caring relationship. And we will discuss three perspectives in detail, creating a good culture in collage, the specific requirements for teachers, and the efforts for students.
