Teachers'traditional knowledge is to have the subject expertise of the area (commonly referred to as content knowledge) and the related knowledge of pedagogy, psychology (generally known as a teaching method of knowledge). With the progress of science and technology, especially the development of information technology, technical knowledge and skills have become important components in the field of teachers'knowledge in the new period.That is,21st century knowledge structure of teachers'pedagogical content knowledge and should only comprise of educational technology. For it, various teaching colleges have opened the public course:Modern Education Technology and it aimed at developing students'technical knowledge and ability to meet the needs of the.21st century.Opening the course helps to improve the professional quality of students, and to promote the modernization of education, Although some proper results have been achieved, there are still many issues.This article aims at analyzing and identifying the problem and causes" on "teachers main, teaching target, teaching content, teaching method, teaching forms and teaching evaluation, on the base of the public class teaching status about the course Modern Education Technology in normal college. exists of problem and causes" for has analysis and main It shows that the relative lack is teachers main of education theory, teaching ability and teaching literacy; teaching target is not good to reflect the courses of features itself; teaching content does not reflect out generating; teaching method changes slowly; teaching forms are relatively rigid; teaching evaluation is not enough comprehensive. The root causes of these problems lies in misunderstanding the essence of the course in the normal colleges. Out of the uniqueness of the course itself, curriculum and teaching is not closed smoothly, lack of effectiveness of the teaching process, finally leading to poor teaching effectOn the basis of a clear cause of the problem, it is the important issue that what measures should be taken to change the current state, to promote the teaching reform of the public course. Based on above demonstration, the papers offers the solution of countermeasures:teaching evaluation to reflected directional and comprehensive" Teachers'subject should be to enhance their own professional quality and construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship; teaching goals should be to grasp the characteristics of course, specify a reasonable course of standard teaching content in connection with the course features, highlights the characteristics of the school itself; pay much more attention to the importance of teaching design; improve the teaching efficiency ,teaching means should be with the effective use of modern educational technology properly; teaching forms is to diversify and to reflect the direction of teaching evaluation and comprehensive. The papers actually proposed a curriculum standard, textbook revision, curriculum design, instructional design, and the students'learning instructional design. The writer has practiced teaching reform experiment about the course Modern Education Technology in our college for two years, and the positive results have been achieved.
