technical education.With the continuous acceleration of industrial upgrading and economic restructuring,economic and social development has a wide range of needs for high-quality skilled personnel.Vigorously developing technical education plays an important role in accelerating the construction of a skilled society,promoting more adequate and higher-quality employment,and promoting high-quality economic development.However,the current structural employment contradiction of skilled talents is prominent.The application of intelligent technologies such as artificial intelligence has put forward higher requirements on the quality of laborers in industrial transformation and upgrading.Significant changes have occurred on both sides of labor supply and demand,and the employment substitution effect has continued to appear.Coupled with the impact of the epidemic,new models and new formats have accelerated innovation and breakthroughs,adding many uncertainties and risks and challenges to the career development of skilled talents.As an important part of the training of skilled personnel in technical colleges,career planning education plays an indispensable role in their career growth.Facing the new demands of the new era,my country’s technical colleges can affirm the positive role of career planning education in the career growth of skilled talents,and carry out relevant educational activities in the process of cultivating skilled talents,but students in technical colleges are still generally There is a phenomenon of low professional identity,and there are misunderstandings in employment,career selection,etc.,which will lead to poor career development channels for this group,and it is difficult to adapt to the upgrading and transformation of society and service industries.How to give full play to the advantages of career planning and education in technical colleges,unblock the career upward channels of skilled talents,and achieve a high match between the supply of skilled talents and the needs of economic development under the guidance of the "Skills in China" strategy is a problem that we urgently need to solve.Focusing on the above problems,this research is carried out based on the technical route of "proposing questions-theoretical research-current situation investigation-reason analysis-proposing countermeasures".On the basis of the questions raised,through the literature research method,the relevant domestic and foreign materials are sorted out,and the current research status is analyzed;Select target colleges,conduct questionnaire surveys on teachers and students of technical colleges,conduct semi-structured interviews with the five main subjects of "management education competition guide",and collect,organize and analyze relevant research information.Based on the investigation,we found two problems:(1)The standardization level of career planning education management in technical colleges needs to be improved: there are deviations in the cognition of career planning education,the emphasis on career planning education is relatively low,and the professionalization degree of teachers in career planning education Low,the teaching form,content and method of career planning education are single,the penetration of career planning education elements is low,the evaluation of career planning education and teaching lacks uniformity and standardization,and the support equipment for career planning education is insufficient;(2)The occupation of students in technical colleges Career planning ability needs to be improved urgently: self-concept is not clear,professional awareness is not high,and career maturity is low.In response to specific problems,the author analyzes the reasons from two perspectives inside and outside the school:(1)At the school level:the lack of normative management of career planning education in colleges and universities,and the lack of individual career planning ability of students;(2)At the outside level: government occupation The construction of the career planning education system needs to be improved,the parent’s awareness of the main responsibility for career education is lacking,and the social support network for career planning education is not strong.Based on the actual investigation situation,this study proposes the development strategies of career planning education in technical colleges:(1)On the school level: standardize the management of career education,improve the educational effect;enhance the ability of career planning,and take the initiative to exert force in the same direction;(2)the off-campus level: Improve the construction of relevant systems to stimulate the vitality of talents;strengthen the role of parents in education,build consensus between home and school;build a social support network and create a good environment. |
