This paper studies career management from the teacher lecture's psychological perspective, using management and psychological methodology for empirical research. The research employs questionnaire method to explore the career management of the universities in China empirically, probe the relation between organizational career management and individual career management, compare the differences that the variable statistics provide in the dissimilar degrees of the individual career management. The result of study shows:1. The organizational career management inherent structure including: pay Attention to the development, ensure the system, the justice of the organization and inspirit the scientific research.2. The organizational career management inherent structure including: pay attention to the teaching, pay attention to the scientific research, ensure the obtain, realize the organization, communicate the relation and self-cognition.3. Through analysis of variance of the variable to the degree of theindividual career management, using ANOVA and finding every variable has the difference on one degree or more.
