Research On The Dual-linkage On Education Structure And Employment Structure And Industrial Structure Of Xinjiang Province

In recent years, the employment problem has focus of social attention, the Xinjiang economic development is relatively backward, the lower level of human capital accumulation, labor does not match the job market, problem of employment is increasingly outstanding. There are segmentation between education, employment and industry departments system, and the information transmission relative lag, so this paper puts forward the conception-“The dual-linkage of education structure,employment structure and industrial structure”, from the structured perspective to promote the coordinated development of this three variables. First of all, assuming that the three variables have two layers of Interactive development relationship,through Johansen cointegration model test to verify, indeed existence of the coordinated development relationship, and the interaction in the process of development. Then use VECM model to measure the short-term coordinate relationship, Verify that there was long-term equilibrium in this system. Finally,calculating of coupling and coupling coordination degree, rank development level of the hierarchy, and determine the lag factors in the relationship of harmonious development.The research results show that the first level of correlation, the education structure and employment structure, employment structure and industrial structure,education structure and industry structure of subsystem, there is coordinated development relations. The second level of linkage relationships, also exists coordinated development relations, and each other’s movements are the same direction. Then building VECM model, proved that the system exists cooperative relationship in the short term, And in the long term can be guarantee the equilibrium with each other. calculating results of the degree of the coupling and the coupling coordination degree, showed that between research objects has high level of couplingcoordination development level, but education structure and employment structure is relatively lag.On the basis of the results of the study, analysis the problems that exist in the relationship. Finally, in order to achieve full employment, and promote the education structure-employment structure-industrial structure coordinated development, puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
