Education is the foundation of a nation's development. Perfect education is helpful to the improvement of people's quality and national revitalization. "Nation development depends on education, education development depends on teacher."How to improve the teachers'professional level and promote teachers'education career development is the focus that not only government but also society cares about. The Study on the integration of teaching-research and teacher training has been carried out more than ten years, and has made great achievements. The integration refers to the integration of teaching-research and teacher training. In this article, firstly, I make a survey of the teachers'continuing education in Shandong Province, Boshan District, Zibo City. Then, I discuss how to create the integration mode. I hope the study is helpful to the teachers'continuing education.This paper is divided into four parts: The first part is about the reason why choose the topic. It discussed the background and the significance of the integration about the teaching-research and teacher training, introduced the study on the integration, and gave the ideas and methods about this essay. It discussed the theory of integration about the teaching-research and teacher training, it analyzed the content and basic characteristics of integration about the teaching-research and teacher training, and it also analyzed the theoretical background of the integration about the teaching-research and teacher training. The second part showed the status and problems of the teachers'continuing education in Shandong Province, Boshan District, Zibo City, first of all, it investigated the status of the teachers'continuing education for primary and high school, then analyzed problems of the teachers'continuing education in Boshan District, lastly proved the integration about the teaching-research and teacher training in Boshan District was reasonable. The third part is about the creating of integration mode of the teaching-research and teacher training, it analyzed the structural elements of this mode and showed the integration model of the teaching-research and teacher training. The fourth part is the conclusion, it showed the brief summary of the whole text.
