This paper summarized the main elements of the career guidance course and made a systematic instructional design, developed e-learning courseware, and requested the student volunteers, and modified the courseware according to the evaluation of them.The instructional design in this study breaks with traditional of the previous career guidance course, chooses the time to educate the college students in the early stages of their four-year college time. The instructional design in this study also makes the e-learning work with traditional education, adhering to the philosophy of education individualized to meet the individual needs of all students, supports learners to make career choices and orientation. This study mainly comes to the following conclusions.Firstly, through surveying the use of courseware, the resluts indicates that the courseware is interesting and can help the college students to understand themselves better and inspire them to find their career interest. This courseware could be used directly in the career guidance course.Secondly, the instructional design of the career guidance course based on e-learning for college students focuses on self-perception of university students and professional direction of choice, which can provide practical implementation to the career guidance courses for the college students.Thirdly, after summarizing the target-oriented product-centered instructional design analysis phase offered by Wu Fati and the Dick & Carey's Model for Instructional Design, the target-oriented product-centric analysis model of the instructional design process is proposed in the article, which can contribute to do teaching analysis clearly and accurately in the process of instructional design.
