University Students' Attitude Towards Professional Personnel Cultivation Project

The purpose of this study is exploratory, the type of this study is descriptive, the nature of this study is empirical. Based on attitude theory, this study depended on the data from 2347 students of HUST. This study, using cognitive, interestingness, evaluation, from the students'subjective point of view, discussed university students'attitude toward the professional personnel cultivation project.Firstly, we studied students'congitive on the professional personnel cultivation project. The survey found that: students'cognitive is medium in general; the higher grades, the more serious learning attitude, the higher performance they get, they have the higher cognitive; engineering students'cognitive is higher than science students, management students and literature students.Secondly, we studied students'interestingness on the professional personnel cultivation project. The survey found that: students'interestingness is higher in general; the more serious learning attitude, the higher performance they get, they have the higher interestingness; science students'interestingness is higher than management students, engineering students and literature students.Thirdly, we studied students'evaluation on the professional personnel cultivation project, of the effect in employment and participating in graduate entrance examination. The survey found that: students'evaluation of the effect in employment is higher in general, but students'evaluation of the effect in participating in graduate entrance examination is higher in general; science students'evaluation of the effect in employment is higher than engineering students, literature students and management students; female students'evaluation of the effect in participating in graduate entrance examination is higher than male students; the lower grades, the more serious learning attitude, the higher performance they get, they have the higher evaluation of the effect in participating in graduate entrance examination. And then we studied students'evaluation on the professional personnel cultivation project, of the effect in training quality. The survey found that: students'evaluation of the effect in training quality is higher in general; female students'evaluation of the effect in training quality is higher than male students; the more serious learning attitude, the higher performance they get, they have the higher evaluation of the effect in training quality.And then we studied students'rationality evaluation on the professional personnel cultivation project. The survey found that: students'rationality evaluation is higher in general; female students'rationality evaluation is higher than male students.Finally, based on the basic conclusions of the study, we dicussed three issues, that is the relationship among cognitive, interestingness and evaluation; the relationship between the degree of institutionalization socialization and students'cognitive on the professional personnel cultivation project; we should attach importance to the students'attitude towards politics courses.
