Information age, teachers'information teaching ability put forward a new requirement. At present, many countries have put forward demands on teachers'informationized teaching ability. China has also unveiled a series of policies and appropriate training to enhance the teachers'informationized teaching ability. Teachers received training knowledge though the current training, the teachers did not form the ability which teachers apply training knowledge to carry out teaching. How to transfer Primary and middle school teachers'training knowledge to informationized teaching ability and apply training knowledge to carry out teaching? It is the urgent requirements for Teacher Training.This study aimed to explore Primary and middle school teachers'training knowledge to informationized teaching ability. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign teachers'informationized teaching ability, by drawing and creating existing models, the author proposed applied topic research model which promote the primary and middle School teachers'training knowledge transfer to informationized teaching ability. The primary and middle School teachers around the "apply the informationized teaching knowledge to solve some specific problems in teaching" for action research. In this process, trainers who guide teachers apply informationized teaching knowledge to teaching practice become supporters. Teacher collaborates with others to Solve problem, in problem-solving process, primary and middle School teachers'training knowledge transfer to informationized teaching ability.I applied topic research model in seven schools. There are nine applied topic research experiments applied topic research contains four stages: selection - Design - Implementation - Evaluation. After topic group complete it, author investigate the development of the informationized teaching ability through the questionnaire. Through investigation, the author proves that the applied topic research model improve different degrees on information technology skills, informationized teaching design, informationized teaching implementation ability, informationized teaching evaluation ability,the ability to reflect informationized teaching. It verifies the effectiveness of model transfer Primary and middle school teachers'training knowledge to informationized teaching ability.
