The renovation of modern knowledge is speeding quicker and quicker. It is a must for all the teachers to renew their complex qualification structure. Therefore, they have to develop the right idea of lifelong education and discard the incorrect thought of getting something done once and for all which is not suitable to education development. It's a very important means to promote continuing education for the teachers in the primary school and middle school when they are working, and it will be a trend through this career without an end. The qualities and benefits on continuing education for the teachers in the primary school and middle school have a direct effect on teacher's qualifications. However, it is an important factor to select a good training pattern for there are a lot of patterns on continuing education for the teachers in the primary school and middle school. Based on school-base training pattern, this article has a probe on what the meaning is; has a discussion on theory pattern and practice effect for the middle school teachers for the study on this pattern.
