Through summarizing the characteristics of the activities in the activity- teaching view and the significances that the activities affect the students' development and analyzing the theory on the new mathematical curriculum, the article demonstrates the value of the activity- teaching in implementation of new mathematical curriculum. Then the writer presents some suggestions on organizing the activity teaching.The article includes three parts.Part OneiThe Characteristics of the Activities in the Activity-teaching View and the Significances that the Activities Affect the Students' Development.The part analyses the characteristics of the activities in the activity-teaching view according to the development history of the thought about activity- teaching and expounds the significances that the activities affect the students' development thinking with the people' understanding about the activities.Part Two: Analysis of the Value of Activity- teaching in Implementation of New Mathematical Curriculum.The part discusses the necessity to carry on the activity- teaching in new mathematical curriculum. Especially, it points out that activity-teaching is beneficial to change the students' learning way, to train the innovative consciousness and the practical ability, to make students' acquire varied emotional experiences and fine qualities.Part Three:The Implementation of the Activity- teaching in the New Mathematical Curriculum.Enlightened by how the people's activities divided in philosophy, the activities in the activity-teaching view was divided into the following four kinds : activity emphasizing on practice, on cognition, on a estheticism,and association activity loaded by the former three kinds of activities.the writer discusses the purpose, the content and the teaching organization in each of the former three kinds of activities, on association activity, the writer discusses the necessity to carry on it,and put forward some suggestions on organizing the association activity .
