A Study On The Universities' Archival Management In The Era Of Knowledge Economy

The archives, as a special memory, reflect all kinds of social practice. In the era of knowledge economy, the archival management, being the knowledge management, will be one of the knowledge industries and will get more and more attention. It will play a more and more important role in the development of the society.The thesis summarizes the contents, characters, specialities and basic requests of the archival management. It analyzes the challenge to and the opportunity for the archival management in the era of knowledge economy, and endeavors to point out the problems and their causes occurred in the archival management of the universities of China, and subsequently puts forward four effective solutions to these problems. The author hopes that the thesis will be helpful to the improvement of archival management in the universities.
