Youth teachers at university are response for training brains of modernization economic construction and building well-off society in all-around ways. It is the important issue and mission for faculty construction of high school at current to enforce their moralities and professional ethnics level.It is carefully illustrated in this article that the content of the moralities and ethnics of young teachers at high schools. They consist of strong political direction right view of world, life and value,good professional and science ethnics and strong democracy and legal ideal.These problems existing in the moralities and ethnics of young teachers at high schools are carefully and deeply assayed and they include weakening of ideology of communism and professional ethnics, descending of life view, longing for money , absenting of glories and pride about teaching, inclining of irresponsibility , and so on. These problems have influenced seriously the work and development of young teachers at high schools.The reason why these problems exist is that the changes of national and international environment influence their thoughts, the reform of high schools arise these problems and the young teachers lower the requirement and culturing the moralities and professional ethnics.What measurements and methods that are practicable and effective should we take to improve the moralities and professional ethnics level of young teachers at high schools. Firstly, teachers social position should be improved and incomes should be increased. Secondly, high schools should establish a set of system about inspiring, assessing and supervision. Finally, young teachers should enhance their moralities and professional ethnics level.Youth teachers are one of the most important parts of faculty at high schools and the moralities and professional ethnics play an important role in quality education, so leaders and departments concerned should pay attention to them and take effective measurements to improve the moralities and ethnics level of young teachers at high schools.
