Ideological and Morality Teaching is an integrated curriculum based on middle school students' study and life,aiming at guiding and improving the development of students' ideology and morality.Independent thinking and active practice have a great influence on the formation and development of students' ideology and morality.And classroom questioning is not only an important part of teaching,but an effective way leading students thinking independently.Thus,classroom questioning is an indispensable teaching skill for teachers.Newly Appointed teachers mean these young teachers who have stepped onto the teaching post for 1 to 3 year and lack relevant experience.The problems exist in their questioning are as followed: the questions are not well-targeted,the questions are not methodically arranged,the questions are stated vague,the way they questioning is not attractive,the poorly questioning time,the structure of the questioning target is unreasonable,or an inappropriate comment on answering.For the reasons of these problems are incomplete knowledge structure of teacher,lack experience,or lack of understanding towards students.This thesis discusses the ways on how to improve the newly appointed teachers' questioning skills on ideological and morality teaching for junior students from several aspects.First,improving the pertinence and scientificity of questions' design.Second,promoting the situationality and artistry of questioning language.Third,grasping the veracity and flexibility of questioning time.Fourth,paying attention to the justification and variety on questioning.Fifth,attaching importance to the timeliness and inspiration towards the comment on answering.By the researches of Newly Appointed Teachers' Questioning Skills on Ideological and Morality Teaching for Junior Students,this thesis enables the newly appointed teachers to improve their questioning skills with some references and guidance,offering some help to effective classroom teaching.
