The relationship between teacher and student is not only the primary interpersonal relationship in the process of education, but also the most frequent one in ethic organization of schools. How to recognize and grasp its essence and property remains a key problem for educators both at home and abroad. As for this old and realistic topic, this paper tries to introspect and transcend the current situation and analyze its essence steps by steps, aiming at providing some valuable enlightenment to the current education theory and practice in China. Apart from the introduction and conclusion, the paper is divided into three parts.Part one Retrospection and Introspection: Recounting and commenting on the current situation of the relationship between teacher and student.In clue of the development of the relationship between teacher and student and in retrospect of the logical progress of its current situation, this part, with the method of both recounting and commenting, introspects the relationship between teacher and student as well as some existing problem in its study from both vertical and horizontal perspectives of the development, that is, from historical and current situation of the issue.Part two Aesthetic Transcendence: A realm the relationship between teacher and student in pursuit of.In the light of the manifestation of the limited the relationship between teacher and student discussed in the previous part, aesthetic transcendence and study, and study its essential property within the frame of transcendence. Touching upon the deep significance of the relationship between teacher and student, the part, by finding a kind of aestheticized relationship between teacher and student.Part three Approaching Aesthetic: The ideal frame of the relationship between teacher and student of 21st century.This part mainly explores the aesthetic property of aestheticized relationship between teacher and student and discussed the problem ofhow to construct aestheticized relationship between teacher and student. The last part aims at furthuring the study and putting forward some constructive theories and practical enlightenments for the understanding and construction of the relationship between teacher and student.
