Regional Educational Research Management Studies

Educational scientific research is the first productive force of educational reform and education development. It can promote the professional development of teachers and improve teaching quality effectively. All of countries have pay attention to school educational scientific research. There is a gap on the schooling studies between China and developed countries. How to administer the primary and high school educational scientific research is a major issue facing before the basic educational research unit.This dissertation selects MinHang as my research object, and the core question of the research is what's wrong with the management of regional school educational scientific research and how to improve it. To be more specific, I approach this problem from two aspects, one is school scientific research administration, the other is regional scientific research administration. The research takes advantage of questionnaire survey method and interview survey .On basis of investigating and analyzing associated conditions, I analyze detailed the advantages and disadvantages of regional educational scientific research from seven aspects: the idea of science research management,the status of managing organizations, managerial competency, unit management, managing workforce, management technologies, and effective management. On that basis, I indicate the developmentally direction and countermeasure about regional scientific research administration.We can get inspirations from the research: 1. Establishing advanced work ethic is the premise; 2. Ruling scientific normative work system is the basic security; 3. Training a high-quality team is the key; 4.Forming the assessment system of educational scientific research effectiveness is the guidance.The research project effects on establishing administration theory of primary and secondary educational scientific research and make it perfect. While it can promote scientific and technical .It has theoretic and practical significance .
