The Aim Position And The Route Choice Of The Legal System Education In The Secondary Vocational School

The legal system education, espcially the legal system education for the young, is the tasic work for carrying out the policy of administering a country by operation of law.When our country entered a new stage, we should put forward a new level in the understanding of the matter. The writer of the thesis thought rationally and tried to combine the teaching practice of herself in view of the present situation of the legal system education in the secondary vocational school and the future trend.The first part of the thesis, the writer analysed and studied the aim position of the legal system education in the secondary vocational school. It proved its truth that the legal system education played an important part in the puality education in the secondary vocational school in view of the puality educational aim in the secondary vocational school.The second part of the thesis ,the writer analysed the existing situation of the legal system education in the secondary vocational school, pointed out the existing problem, inpuired into the reason?The third part of the thesis, the writer laid particular emphasis on the analysis of the guiding ideology of the legal system education in the secondary vocational school and push forward some concrete principles that can guide practice. Finally, explored further the new train of thought of the legal system education which could not only meet the social reality and link closely with the character of school, but also embody, the inner development of the students.
