Experiments of the reform of elementary education have been surging forward, which provides unprecedented vigor and vitality for quality education's complete boost. In 2000, the State Education Ministry has for the first time included research courses into the curriculum of common senior high schools. The research course, being a curricular modality that has proved beneficial for students' development in the teaching theory and practice at home and abroad, is the ideological support in the new curricular reform of our country; while "curricular integration" is the new viewpoint of elementary education reform of our country, whose purpose is to lead, support and recommend new teaching model and to provide new activity platform for the reform of traditional teaching methods. In this thesis, the author makes an analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the integration of mathematics course with research courses, and argues that the integration will bring about a profound reform of mathematical education and create a new mathematical education prospect. In the practical operation, the author makes an attempted construction of the integration of mathematics with research courses, and makes an inquisitive study and practice on the basis of mathematical model, fractal geometry, probability and statistics. Among which, mathematical model is both the best carrier that represents mathematics' solutions to practical problems and mathematical thinking processes and the bridge for the integration of mathematical education theory with practice; fractal geometry enables students to have better understanding of the new development of geometry and exploit new space of geometric thinking; probability and statistics, by means of the collection, coordination, description and analysis of data as well as the portrayal of the possibility of uncertain phenomena and events, provide evidences and suggestions for people's better decision-making, which is essential to people's life. Meanwhile, the practical strategies in the development and construction of course integration are emphasized.
