The new physical education curriculum reform, the implementation of a given practice in physical education at the first-line provides a larger physical education teachers to create space, as the implementation of the new curriculum, and major developers, sports, the success of the new curriculum reform will ultimately depend on physical education teachers, It also made for physical education teachers new demands, so that the professional level of physical education teachers faced with severe challenges. Changzhou City is located in "Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou economic zone", is one of China's most economically developed areas, professional level of primary and secondary physical education teachers are also faced with this problem。In this specific region and called for more professionalism in primary and secondary physical education teachers is a certain particularity. Therefore, to study the primary and secondary school physical education teachers to promote professional status and to build strategies for the implementation of "Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou economic zone" regional integration, education, and promoting the healthy growth of primary and secondary school physical education teachers have a much greater significance.This essay method through the use of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics methods such as the urban area of Changzhou City, the professionalization of physical education teachers in primary and secondary status of the investigation, research, analysis, presented the findings and development proposals.The results show that: Changzhou city, urban school physical education teachers already have a certain professional basis, but with the implementation of the new curriculum and teaching reform, part of the primary and secondary school physical education teachers face a new educational environment, teaching research, continuing education the new curriculum to understand new problems encountered in such areas and the lack of a certain response.Based on the findings from the Changzhou city physical education teachers in primary and secondary structure of professional teaching staff, professional development, learning and training content, methods, set primary and secondary school physical education teachers to promote initiatives and promote the mechanism of specialization, with a view to enable it to better adapted to the new PE curriculum reform, for other areas, teaching staff in primary and secondary physical education teachers the professional construction and development to find some reference value and basis.
