In the past PE teaching, which was infected mainly by the doctrine school intelligently of the former Soviet Union, paid attention to teaching knowledge and movement technology, and emphasized the sense of plan of sports teaching , the sense of organization and the sense of discipline of teaching course of sports. It stressed the discipline center position of the outstanding controlling type, and ignored the study experience and acquisition of emotion experience of students. Besides traditional sports teaching only paid attention to the cultivation of technical performing and didn't realize the ability of single-living-beings of sports through the biography of movement technology. While drawing lessons from the outside sports thought,we laid stress on bringing instead of making light of transforming,and did not combine the national condition of our country.There fore,we made the trouble of "going to extremes well" .Now, we have "sports and health course standard,"hence, how should we teach in order to realize the goal of teaching and course?The key to the question is definition to the essence of teaching process of PE although there are a lot of methods. Considering scientifichumanism as guiding theory of physical education, regarding to satisfy the modem society requirement and the individual needs, and realizing life-long sports as theoretical basis, the essence of modem sports teaching should be understood from guiding the interest, promoting ability and inspiring intelligence.Sports activity interest can not develop without teachers' guiding and inducement from environment. According to the pluralism of PE content, the design of "sports and health course standard" and "teaching outline of the university" emphasizes the tertiary course management and strengthens the flexibility of selection of the teaching material content. During sports teaching ,students should carry on the appropriate activities to make organism experience and pleasant sensation after sports. Meanwhile, they should also improve past technical performance like exploring a puzzle, in order to realizeunder standing-aim being able and being happy. What's more teachersought to let students do sports in extensive space consciously to gain full relaxation and to free the communication in human relationship. All of these are ways to induce students interests to be stable progress.Sports teaching should be arranged regarding to some aspects, such as urging the form of technical performer, social adaptive capability and psychological characteristics. Movement technology as a knowledge of operation form is surport of sports teaching. For the way to urge the form oftechnical performance is to enlarge the writ teaching process of a certain project At the same time, the sports activities can't be superseded by other subjects at the aspect of social adaptive capacity. It can train the students' unconscious creativity to promote the association among the teachers and the students. Besides the association itself is indeed the power, and source in education at the same time is regarded as the motive force and the way in understanding of teaching. Moreover, the association can make the students learn to cooperate with people, have psychological preparation with enduring the pressure, and also know the way that a student conducts himself in society.Sports activities is the best educational material with both hands and brains, and further more it has the special function which is different from other subjects in improving thinking, judgement, creative discovery, consciousness thinking, and the right brain development. It isn't the natural movement that will develop intelligence, however, the growth of intelligence can not do without the teacher's guide .PE pay attention to inspiring one cognitive to participate in teaching ;pay attention to structuring and migrating the new knowledge of students; pay attention to developing the student' latent energy of thinking and pay attention to exercising the intentional students' memory and the thinking...
