The new curriculum reform in education began .All for students' development is the key line on which thereform should be based. Speaking high of the students'subjectivities is the fundamental requirement to this reform.Both factual and theoretical significance exist in examining the middle school students' subjectivities under thesituation of the new and old curriculum coexisting.The purposes of the study are that probing the development of students' subjectivities, comparing thedevelopment of students' subjectivities in the experimental school with the non-experimental ones and exploringthe reasons that influence the development of the students subjectivities in learning by the questionnaires onstudents and teacher and parents subjectivities.From inquisition, we came conclusions:1. Grade differences exist both experiment school and non-experimental one in the development ofsubjectivities as a whole in learning. Subjectivities of the first grade are higher than the second grade, the secondgrade is higher than the third grade .The subjectivities in learning are different between experimental school andthe non-experimental ones .The subjectivities in learning in experimental are higher than non-experimental onesin each grade .The subjectivities of the experimental school in self-consciousness, persistence, self-confidence,responsibility and activity are higher than the non-experimental ones, but not higher than the non-experimentalones in dependence .2. The boys subjectivities in experimental school are higher than non-experimental ones The girls subjectivitiesof the experimental school in responsibility, self-consciousness, are higher than the boys `of the experimental ones,but the boys subjectivities in self-confidence are higher than the girls` and no more than the girls in persistenceand activities .in non-experimental school, the girls subjectivities in responsibility, activities, are higher than theboys`, and none higher than the boys` in self-consciousness, persistence ,self-confidence ,dependence . Both boysand girls of the experimental school in self-consciousness, self-confidence, responsibility, and dependence arehigher than the non-experimental ones, but not higher in dependence.3. Learning subjectivities in whole or factors in both experimental schools and non-experimental ones arehigher than norm's.4. Students subjectivities in learning are correlation with the sense of student, quality, method of the teachersand the hope, means, morality educating of the parents for their children and the achievements in learning.Suggestions are given according to the result of inquisition:1. All school especially in underdevelopment districts such as rural, remote, minority districts should takeactive in enforcing new curriculum because the students` subjectivities in learning of the experimental school arehigher than non-experimental ones`.2. Subjectivities-educating must be initiated through different methods for enhancing the development of thestudents. Good environment should be created such as class environment, school environment, and even socialenvironment. The education of the responsibility for boys and self-confidence for girls should be heightened.3.when new curriculum undertakes, teachers` education must be strengthened and parents should involved intothe new curriculum reform, the education of the students subjectivities are the accountability of the parents, whichshould be told to them by media dissemination and gene arch meeting, etc.
