The theory of the effective teaching is a representative teaching theory in the 20th century, yet the present domestic research is lack of systematization, and it is more difficult to seek any exploration from the perspective of the teaching management on the school level. Through some of the literature review and the combination of my own experience of teaching and teaching management, this thesis tries to give an overall exposition of the effective teaching from the theory, practice to management and a deep analysis of the main factors which affect the effective teaching in order to provide a systematic theoretical direction for the teacher's practice and the theoretical foundation for teaching management. In addition, the thesis has discussed, through case study, and proved further that the student's factors, teacher's factors and the school management factors can have a direct impact on effective teaching. It reflects the guidance function of the theory of effective teaching to actual teaching in the contemporary structure of education and the reform tide in education.This thesis has expressed the following views mainly1. The research of the effective teaching should be the omni-directional, systematic, developmental one.2. The effective teaching must be realized through the efficient teacher's management to the classroom and the students.3. The study of the effective teaching has promoted the reform of the management system and mode of teaching.4. The effective teaching theory has been perfected further, referring the theory of reflective teaching5. The effective teaching theory has strong guidance functions to practice.
