In this society secondary vocational school as an important part of China's education level plays an increasingly important role.With the continuous progress of society,in all areas of society staff need to have a certain ability of English.In order to improve the English proficiency of secondary vocational college students and to make the secondary vocational students better face the future work and life,we need to start from the effective teaching theory to further adjust the English classroom management.So in this paper,the research objectives of this article on the relevant concepts,research methods were briefly introduced;the present situation of English classroom management in secondary vocational schools is analyzed from the perspective of teachers and students;In the third part of this paper,the corresponding measures are put forward to solve the problems existing in the English class in our country at present.Strengthen the building of teachers' own ability,such as strengthening the training of teachers,teachers to enhance teaching ability,and guide teachers to establish a lifelong learning consciousness,timely update the theory and methods of education and teaching,to strengthen the double-qualified dual-type English teachers in the construction team.Strengthen the ability of English teaching students to guide and manage the ability,such as to guide students to do extracurricular learning work,pay attention to the role of pre-class preview,pay attention to the students to carry out emotional education,to enhance student interest in learning,to guide students to develop good English learning habits and so on.Through the enhancement of teachers' own teaching ability,the teacher's ability to improve the English classroom management and the teachers' ability to guide students' English learning ability can increase the number of secondary vocational students in the English classroom,and these research results are for the whole field of English Said,are very worthwhile to think and try.
