The Study On College Students School Career Designing Factors Structure

Presently in the national psychology science people put little attention on college students school career and even leave blank on its designing structure. In order t to change the situation, the researchers adopt such different ways as discussion, questionnaire and workout the questionnaire on college students school career factor structure with high reliability so as to ensure the factor structure. Then depending on the data collection, the researchers learn that whether there is difference in the students of different grades and different majors evaluation on school career designing factors structure. From 1000 college students of different grades and majors questionnaire, the result shows:1. College school career designing factors structure consist of eight factors, which are interpersonal self-efficiency, self-show, ambition, plan consecution, adaptation ability, self-confidence, study target, self-management.2. From the evaluation on the structure there is distinct gender difference in interpersonal self-efficiency, ambition, plan consecution, study target, self-confidence and self-management these six factors and grade difference in interpersonal self-efficiency, self-show, ambition, plan consecution and study target these five factors and also major difference in interpersonal self-efficiency and self-management.
