In modern society, with the quicker and quicker development of knowledge and its replacement period, our society has gradually become a learning one. Therefore, it is an important task for our to gain self-learning ability. And it is an important task for our education reform to cultivate the students ability of self-learning.My research is based on the self-learning theory of both home and abroad, applying the method of documentary research, to carry out investigation and testifying research by using the self-made questionnaire. According to the result, 1 found that there are many problems of the secondary school students, such as inadequate motivation, too much dependence on the teacher, Less subject conception, less systematic learning methods, and less self-monitoring. Then, 1 choose two classes,one for experimental class ,the other for control class to carryout self-regulated teaching test in macro and micro view. In micro view, apply the teaching mode of fixing learning aim-students reading texts - checking aim - organizing discussion - explaining main points- students practicing and summary to organize teaching. In micro view, carry out special training, Such as conception changing, teaching method reform. Good learning atmosphere cultivation, learning aim setting up, motivation fostering, interest cultivator, thought training enhancing and learning guide.After my test, 1 found that all levels of students' achievement has been improved, and they has got good learning habit and mastering good learning method.
