| With the rapid development of economy,people’s income is increasing,and living standards are also improving.Tourism has become an indispensable part of people’s life to relax their body and mind and cultivate their sentiments.The country has higher requirements for tourism employees.Vocational ability is the key for tourism students in secondary vocational schools to enter enterprises.The comprehensive vocational ability of students directly affects the competitiveness of tourism enterprises.However,tourism students in secondary vocational schools still have problems such as lack of professional knowledge and professional ability.Therefore,teachers should not blindly adopt the traditional teaching thinking and mode,but need to change the method to make it conform to the development of The Times,and train tourism talents to meet the needs of tourism development in the new era.As a teaching method different from traditional classroom,experience teaching scene can not only affect students’ input,but also further improve students’ professional ability through scene exercise.At present,the investigation and research on the experience teaching scene and vocational ability improvement of tourism major in secondary vocational schools are not deep enough.In this context,it is of great practical significance to explore how to create experiential teaching scenes for tourism major in secondary vocational schools to improve learning input and independent learning ability,and ultimately promote the improvement of vocational ability,so as to promote the high-quality development of tourism education in secondary vocational schools.This study takes the students majoring in tourism in G Tourism School of Guizhou Province as the research object,guided by the S-O-R theoretical framework and using SPSS and AMOS software,through field investigation of the implementation status of experiential teaching of tourism major and students’ mastery of vocational ability,problems are found.On the basis of the analysis of the causes,this paper puts forward some ideas and countermeasures on how to improve the vocational ability of tourism major students in secondary vocational schools in the experience teaching scene.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The interview results of teachers,students and enterprise staff show that there are some problems in the learning process,such as not rich experience teaching scenes,not high degree of students’ learning involvement,poor independent learning ability and professional ability to be improved.From the perspective of influence mechanism,experience teaching scene has the characteristics of situation,flexibility,interaction and interest.By setting learning objectives,teachers create corresponding experiential teaching scenes,stimulate students’ internal organism response under the external stimulus of the scene,improve students’ learning input,and finally show their individual behavioral response,which is conducive to promoting the improvement of students’ professional ability.(2)The results of data analysis show that the experience teaching scene has a significant impact on learning engagement,and has a significant impact on emotional engagement,cognitive engagement and behavioral engagement;Learning investment has a significant impact on vocational ability,and has a significant impact on vocational specific skills,general skills and core skills.Experiential teaching scenarios have a significant effect on vocational ability,but it is worth noting that learning engagement plays a complete mediating role between experiential teaching scenarios and vocational ability.Autonomous learning ability plays a moderating role in experience teaching scene and learning engagement;In experiential teaching scenarios,the stronger the students’ independent learning ability,the higher the students’ learning involvement.(3)Finally,this paper proposes countermeasures to improve the vocational ability of secondary vocational tourism students,including:promoting the standardization of campus hardware environment construction,professionalization of classroom experience teaching scene,dramatization of classroom experience teaching scene,realization of practical experience teaching scene,and diversification of internal and external experience teaching scene;Cultivate the consciousness of independent learning,promote the mastery of independent learning strategies,advocate teacher-student interaction,trigger independent thinking;The whole scene promotes the learning input,motivates the individual learning input,standardizes the classroom behavior of the students and improves the vocational ability of the tourism major students in secondary vocational schools. |
