Not as the same as the other minority community in the city that rural workers almost have no social welfare enjoys, speaking on this angle, the social capital is a kind of rule distributes with culture .The unbalance of the rural workers'social capital is a really fact.Two , the new discoveries: Social capital used in work process and everyday life has new phenomena whichformer research neglected ,that is it can bring help to rural worker and also bring some psychological stress to them.
