Teacher educational policy is one of the educational policies of our country. Being in the special position in educational system, teacher educational policy is proofed to play an important role in educational policy system. We can say that the success or failure of teacher educational policy, not only are related to the development of educational policy itself but also mean a lot to the prosperity of national education. Accordingly, the study of teacher educational policy will have a special significance.Based on the importance of teacher educational policy research, this paper investigated the present situation of teacher educational policy research from two respects of domestic and abroad, and analyzed the content of teacher educational policy research and put forward the methods to carry out teacher educational policy research.The factors have been analyzed in this paper such as politics, economy, culture, education, population, science and technology and international mainly have impact on the decision of teacher educational policy. And have analyzed emphatically the educational concepts which affects the option of teacher educational policy as follows: the professionalized concept, open concept and systematic idea of teacher education, the open idea of teacher education and teacher education, the lifelong educational idea and professional career design theory of teachers and so on.After having investigated the historical development of teacher educational policy of more than 100 years, the paper divided the course of the development of the teacher educational into 3 stages: Recent Chinese teacher educational policy, modem Chinese teacher educational policy and Contemporary Chinese teacher educational policy, and analyzed the professional transmission of teacher education.This paper is focused on the forth chapter, which firstly gives own explanation and definition for teacher educational policy; secondly studies the transmission of present international teacher educational policy and expounds developed rules and future tendency of international teacher educational basic policy; and then puts forward some advices and suggestions on the option of teacher educational policy in our country.
