At present, in the process of curriculum development in school, it results in a phenomenon of confusing school-based curriculum and integrative practical activity curriculum. The research definitely points out that the confusion phenomenon shows: the same curriculum aims, the overlap curriculum contents, the similar curriculum characteristics, through investigation and interview. By means of distinguishing curriculum categories, combining the guidance of national curriculum policy with teachers' understanding to curriculum, the research deeply analyzes the reasons of the confusion phenomenon. Furthermore, it points that the basic reasons of confusion phenomenon include the intercrossing curriculum categories, the mistakes in curriculum policy guidance, the teachers' misunderstanding to two kinds of curriculums as well as giving prominence to the status of managing by school of integrative practical activity curriculum. At last, the research analyzes deeply the essences of school-based and integrative practical activity, and deliberates the correlative contents of national curriculum policy.
